Kamwana Paul Agency Limited operates strictly under Kenyan law as:

Second-Hand Goods Brokerage: We buy, refurbish, and retail pre-owned electronics, mobile devices, computing equipment, and household appliances.
Collateral-Based Financing Provider: We offer short-term, asset-backed cash advances secured against physical high-value moveable property.

3. Collateral Financing & Instant Loan Terms

Asset Ownership: Any client pledging collateral must prove legal ownership. Presentation of original receipts or national ID matching item records is mandatory.
Storage & Custody: Items deposited as collateral are securely held at our branch locations. We do not use, rent, or tamper with pledged assets.
Default & Forfeiture: Failure to repay or renew within the designated maturity window results in immediate forfeiture. Forfeited assets are legally processed for sale to liquidate the outstanding debt.

4. Second-Hand Brokerage & Warranty Policy

Item Inspection: All items sold are tested and evaluated for functionality.
"As-Is" Status: Unless a written conditional warranty certificate is issued, second-hand goods are sold on an "As-Is" basis.
Returns & Exchanges: Defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of collection with security tracking seals intact.
